Gulden Kunstverk celebrates 25 years in the arts in 2010. It all started in 1977 when Norwegian American Walter N. Welo moved to Norway to seek his heritage and roots. He met his wife Bibbi Lund and they moved to the little farm in Eiker county which they have since developed into a well recognized and successful fine art gallery.

Gulden Kunstverk with its two galleries represents Norways finest visual artists and has always been recognized for original fine art work of the very highest quality. The new gallery which opened in 2006 has received acclamation for being the most impressive private gallery in Scandinavia, designed exclusively for the arts.
