The Hadeland Mining Museum is situated on the old farmstead Bråten. The Bråten farm is located South on Grua and West of Fv 4. The Hadeland Mining Museum is dedicated to the mines, rocks and minerals of the Grua area. The Grua area is a classic mining district, and it is famous for its exciting rocks and mineral occurrences. Already in the early 16-th century, iron ores mined at Grua were transported to a smelter in Hakadal. Café, museum shop, exhibitions, conference room, cultural history trail, guiding.
