Eastern Norway » Heidal Nisseloft og Husflid

Heidal Nisseloft og husflid ("Pixies' attic and handicrafts") is situated in the valley of Heidal, a side valley of Gudbrandalen, 120 km north of Lillehammer.

Agriculture and forestry are still the main industries in the district, which as a result retains a particularly well-preserved cultural landscape.

The river Sjoa – known as one of the best kayaking and rafting rivers – flows green and clear through the valley. The valley boasts a great many beautiful listed buildings, some dating from the mid-18th century.

Heidal Nisseloft og husflid is a well established company that is owned and managed by Helge Sandvoll.

Over many years he has built up a business that is really worth a visit.
