The hotel is situated at Kvamsfjellet, at 910 m altitude, in the heart of the World of Peer Gynt. Visitors can enjoy stunning views towards RONDANE NATIONAL PARK and several mountain lakes.

A varied scenery allows for recreation as well as challenging activities – in summer as well as winter. Lama-tracking with 2 lamas during the summer months. Kvamsfjellet does not have downhill facilities, but offers 120 kilometres of way-marked tracks/trails in beautiful surroundings.

Furthermore, we have our own wilderness camp with Sámi tents and large woodland shelters by the Furusjøen lake. Equipment is available for hire for summer as well as winter activities.
