Trysil-Knut Hotel is centrally located in Trysil. The hotel has 36 newly renowated and modernly equipped rooms. The Hotel has also 10 apartments with posibilities of self catering. Trysil-Knut Hotel has a total of 113 standard beds + opportunities for extra beds. The world's first ski club was established in Trysil in 1861. Inside Trysil-Knut Hotell is Trysil Skimuseum which tells the story.

Trysil is Norway's largest ski resort, offering 31 lifts and 71 km of pisted areas, of which there is great variety – something for everybody. In summer Trysil can offer a wealth of outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, canoeing, golf, cycling, elk safaris, etc.
