Klostergården is a beautiful, quiet restaurant close to the ruins of a Cistercienser monastery from year 1207 at the island Tautra near Trondheim.

Nature, history, culture and athmosphere associated with food and drink are important for us and our guests.

Our own farm brewery, Klostergården Håndbryggeri offers several types of beer in the restaurant. Wit, Weiss bier, Pale Ale, Porter, Stout are some of them.

Klostergården and its environment is a historical and special place, and gets you in a relaxed mood. We organise any type of arrangement, like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, seminars, conferences. Or it can just be you and your family having a dinner.
