NORDTUN GÅRD – a tasty experience!

Visit our wonderful little farm! It's located on Andøya, where the sea meets the land, in the kingdom of the midnight sun and the northern lights.

We are the fifth generation to run the farm, which our family has operated since 1865. Today, it's a medium-sized holding where, in addition to conventional husbandry, we also produce our own cheese and offer hospitality to young and old.

Since 2005 we have kept llama on the farm, and as we have great walking country just outside the door, we can arrange excursions with the llama as pack animals. These activities are conducive to peace of mind – we are not talking extreme sports here – and we can take our time to enjoy our lunch while immersing ourselves in the natural beauty around us.

Visitors can choose whether to walk along our magnificent coastline or among our green-clad mountains.

If you only need a short stop on your journey, a brief visit to the farm may be just what you need. Visit our cosy little farm shop, taste our cheeses before you buy, or perhaps you are interested in other small-scale products made locally and with love? Do you have children? Then a visit with the animals should be the cause for some excitement!
