Welcome to a spectacular, unique experience. ORCA TYSFJORD has been arranging killer whale safaris since 1990, and is the pioneer in its field. We are proud to be able to welcome you to our killer whale safari, by large boat, inflatable dinghy or, if you are really ambitious, snorkelling amongst killer whales.

The nature is spectacular here, north of the Arctic Circle. The days are short, but in the evenings, the Northern Lights often appear over the snow-covered mountains. At Tysfjord, which is around 250 km north of the Arctic Circle, the Northern Lights are often very strong in the autumn and winter. On a clear evening, the Northern Lights can appear in shades of green, yellow and red. Experiencing the colourful Northern Lights on a cold winter's evening is something you'll never forget, and Tysfjord is one of the best places in the world for observing them.
