Storhaugen gard is situated at the foot of Galdhøpiggen, 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by magnificent scenery. From here you can see several of the 2000 meter peaks in the area.

Storhaugen gard is located at the entrance to Jotunheimen and is therefore an excellent base for those who want to go hiking, skiing, or those who simply want to experience the magnificent scenery we have here in the area.

Storhaugen gard is in full operation, with milk and meat production of goats and bulls. Gradually we have built up a tourist business with condos and apartments of good standard. In total we now have approximately 70 beds in 8 units. All units are built around the farm.

We also have a function room with catering, and can therefore serve good, traditional Norwegian food to order.
