Right next to the highest mountain in the southern part of Norway, Mount Gausta, you will find Gaustablikk. What started out as a mountain lodge in 1970 is today a modern mountain resort with hotel, apartments, cabins and a large skicentre. You may choose between full board and self catering.

At Gaustablikk you have everything you need just outside your doorstep, whether you choose the hotel, apartments or cabins. Gaustablikk Skicentre offers 12 lifts (two chair lifts) and more than 30 km of alpine slopes in a large variety. A large cafeteria, after ski, ski rental with ski service, ski school and a shop is also available where you can by sporting goods and groceries. Several of the slopes are open for late night skiing.
Trough our large windows you can follow the seasons and their change from the crisp spring to a snowy winter day. The fire place and large antique- & art collection plays a large part in the calm and relaxing atmosphere. A pleasant dining room and a spacious lounge, bar and dancing hall with live music 6 nights a week.
In our indoor swimming area you will find a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam bath, tanning beds and saunas.
