WELCOME TO LONE CAMPING
Lone Camping is Bergen's largest camping site with an area of over 12 acres and almost 300 tent places. In addition, we offer motel accommodation, cabins, canoe hire, billiard golf, a playground and sand volleyball.
Accommodation
The camping site includes a motel building with 12 apartments, two of 33 square metres sleeping six and ten of 22 sq m sleeping four. The apartments are tastefully furnished, with toilets, showers, refrigerators, cooking utensils and colour TV. Bed linen is not included but can be hired. The motel is designed for self-catering. In addition we have 28 cabins for rent. The sanitation facilities are modern and the site has electricity connections for 160 camping vehicles.
Activities
This idyllic setting by Haukelandvannet, with 640m-high Liafjellet as backdrop, is perfect both for visitors seeking peace and quiet in a rural environment and for those in search of exciting natural experiences.With such a short way to Bergen, guests also have access to shops, a dynamic cultural life and all the other urban activities.
Food and drink
Right by the highway and camping site, a Shell service station with a shop selling a wide selection of groceries, newspapers and magazines, and other basics. At Mormors Kjøkken ("Granny's Kitchen") you can enjoy light meals or full dinner service. We take this opportunity to extend a hearty welcome to our guests at Lone Camping.
