The spectacular landscape of the Norwegian Fjords offers perfect conditions for easy walks and more challenging hikes. Climb peaks for panorama views or walk in green valleys with lakes, rivers and waterfalls. You are close to Sognefjord, the longest fjord of the world, Europe's largest continental glacier and Northern Europe's most alpin mountain region, Jotunheimen National Park. Our guesthouse has a beautiful location, with view to the fjord, the mountains and Feigum waterfall. You will stay in charming buildings from the 1850s, with a traditional style of the Fjord district, just renovated. A popular base for hikers, exploring Jotunheimen and Breheimen. With our minibus and busdriver/guide we can offer special arrangements for small groups. We can pick up guests i Bergen, Flåm, Leikanger or Sogndal. Program 5 - 7 days: excursions, walking, hiking. Example: Day 1: Picking up the guests in Bergen. Staying one night in Bergen. Guided tour, 1 - 2 hour. Day 2: Transfer to Nes Gard, ferry from Gudvangen to Kaupanger through the famous Nærøyfjord. Day 3-6: Hiking programme with guide. Day 7: Transfer to Bergen, passing Hella, Vik and Vikafjellet mountainpass. |
